We don't offer or issue refunds once our product/service has been delivered and accepted by the user. If you have NOT used the product or service yet, limited to redeeming your unique key for a membership/unique key for a product, then you may request a full refund.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or using our products. If we have deemed to make a mistake in delivering the product, a refund or credit will be issued.
By submitting payment, you agree that you will not dispute, nor ask for a partial refund or full refund.
If you do not agree to this, please do not submit any payment.
